Terms and Conditions of our „Early bird“ offer:
- 10% discount is already included in the price and applies only to reservations made in the period from 26/11/2009 to 15/02/2010;
- Minimum length of stay is 3 nights;
- For reservations of minimum 7 nights in the period from 01/07 to 31/08, we will also add a free bonus weekend (Friday-Sunday) for two persons in any period of your choice except from 01/07 to 31/08. - If you do not have a valid credit card, please make an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total reservation amount through the bank no later than 15 days after the reservation;
- Cancellation conditions: Advance payment of 30% of the reservation price is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 99 to 0 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to keep 40% of the reservation price. In case of no-show on the check-in date without the guest's prior notice, the total price of the reservation will be charged.;
- This „Early bird“ offer excludes all other offers and is applicable to bookings made in advance only.
